We are working with one of the leading online food ordering business to support them in finding an exceptional Corporate Account Manager to lead the relationship with a number of their key clients. Someone who has worked for or with the likes of Deliveroo, Just Eat or similar would be very interesting for this business.
Salary: 40 - 45k + bonus + bens
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will look after a select client group and your responsibilities will include building relationships with strategic clients setting and monitoring volume plans, educating clients on delivery of service and work closely with these clients to improve the service delivered by our client.
This is a pure Account Management role (no sales, upsell or cross sell) and we need a seasoned, credible and highly capable account manager who is used to working into senior leadership vendor / relationship managers within large scale organisations.
Building and communicating growth and account plans to the businesses and working with the client help plan and forecast volumes (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
Developing meaningful relationships to help renew contracts and create opportunities within the relationship.
