Main purpose of the job:
We are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent to build the branch, market share and reputation initially in the Durham Area. Within the role you will work alongside a dedicated team and provide a high level of customer service and administration support.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and will thrive within a fast-paced sales environment. Working both as part of a team and independently is key to this position and the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly is essential.
Specific duties & responsibilities:
·Registering applicants, matching requirements and maintaining records
·Arranging viewing appointments and gaining feedback
·Negotiating with potential buyers
·Building a strong rapport with sellers and prospective buyers
·Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
·Obtaining local market information to assist with Market Appraisals
·Launching properties to the market
·Provocatively seeking new properties and sales opportunities
·Providing marketing content
·Engage in social media and other marketing
·Achieving sales targets
·Meeting financial services referral targets
