We have an exciting new opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor, to support and drive the implementation of our Learning & Development strategy. The Role: Learning and Development - You will support the skills mapping for our existing colleague population, identifying training/development needs in and reviewing them as the business grow. Apprentice and Student Management - Support the management and expansion of the Wrightbus Apprenticeship Programme, ensuring the correct programmes and resources are in place. Onboarding, Training Events - You will arrange for training with external organisations when required. Employee Development - You will ensure succession planning with the implementation of Personal Development Plans throughout all departments as part of the Career Framework. The Requirements 3rd Level qualification in a relevant subject & 12 months' experience working in a learning & development environment Or3 years' experience in a Learning & Development role. Demonstrable experience of developing and co ordinating onboarding for new employees. Experience of assisting with Training Needs Analysis and supporting the development of organisational Learning Plans Previous experience of ensuring that employees receive mandatory training to meet legal requirements.
