The Role
As Senior Assistant Headteacher, you will lead the development of teaching and learning across the Academy, playing a key role in strategic decision-making and school policies. You’ll be a senior member of our Leadership Team, collaborating on high-level strategic planning, ensuring the continued growth and success of the school.
You will:
•Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the school.
•Contribute to whole-school policies and strategy.
•Work closely with staff to ensure continuous improvement and high standards.
•Be a visible leader who engages with students, staff, and families to ensure academic success and personal development.
•Help shape our school’s future with your strategic thinking and leadership skills.
