The Role & Key Areas of Responsibility:
You will be a natural born communicator and adept at promoting the core beliefs to a world of people, from winery guests, your thriving team of larger than life personalities and company stakeholders.The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for driving the winery brand and visitor centre by providing exceptional wine tasting and food experiences, developing offerings for guests and building ongoing customer, wine trade and local tourism relationships.Your commitment to continuously improving systems and processes, driving a high level team culture and providing a world class hospitality and service experience to every guest paramount to your own and business success.You will bring significant experience and enthusiasm within the Hospitality / Customer Service / Sales / Retail / Events organisation within a high-profile environment.
Skills & Experience Required:
* A previous role with a business critical focus in managing a seasonal environment.
* Can lead a strong team with a passion for wine, food and conveying a consistently high level guest experience.
* Brings a business mindset who has a creative approach to maximising sales, managing costs and delivering on company KPI objectives.
* Proficient on Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Holds a current General Managers Certificate NZ Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (required)
* Annual KPI bonus structure
