Job summary To deliver high quality specialist palliative and end of life nursing care as part of the in-patient unit and multidisciplinary team Main duties of the job Leading on and coordinating assessment, planning and evaluation of individualised patient centred care. Ensuring a holistic approach that is sensitive and responsive to the patients ever changing needs. Maintaining a respectful non-judgemental and caring attitude ensuring the Rennie Grove Peace Hospice vision and philosophy of care is integral to the care delivered and role undertaken. The coordination and smooth running of a shift ensuring it is well organised and staff and patients are safe.
