You are fully proficient with IT systems, notably Microsoft Office, and possess excellent organizational skills for managing workloads and meeting deadlines. Your effective communication abilities allow you to build rapport with partner agencies and adapt your style to various audiences, enabling you to lead collaborations and respond aptly in complex situations. What the Job Involves This role centers around developing and enhancing the MARAC (Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference) process for the London Borough of Bexley. You will work closely with internal departments and partner agencies, serving as the initial point of contact and providing advice in line with specific protocols. You will support the DASV Strategy Manager through tasks like financial administration, performance data reporting, coordination, and raising awareness about domestic abuse within the borough. Your responsibilities also include conducting training, ensuring referrals meet assessment criteria, securing MARAC attendance from partner agencies, and managing the process documentation and confidential systems. You will play a crucial role in organizing, preparing, and accurately documenting MARAC meetings while following up on actions and continually seeking innovative service improvements to better serve residents.
