This service is the home of 3 individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, we provide Positive Behaviour Management Training to support you in your role. This is a high support need service and will be working with these incredible individuals to enhance their various skills and support them with daily activities. The team here enable the individuals to live independently and provide them with the best life they can possibly have. They engage with them and give them a sense of normality. Duties Include: Administering medication Personal care Emotional support Domestic duties Supporting in the commuting Support with activities Meal preparation Ensuring a healthy balanced diet What skills and experience do you need? A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.
