About the Role:
As the Head of Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day management of flagship location for a leading private health organisation, with a specific focus on evolving and delivering outstanding front-of-house experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that our reception and customer-facing services meet the highest standards, creating a welcoming, professional environment for clients, visitors, and employees alike.
This role requires a proactive leader who can manage facilities operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure the building runs efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all front-of-house services including reception, security, and visitor management, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all guests.
* Oversee daily operations at the head office, ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that the facilities and front-of-house services align with the company’s image and culture.
* Manage and mentor the front-of-house team, ensuring consistent performance, customer service excellence, and a proactive approach to handling visitor needs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, including risk assessments, fire safety, and security protocols.
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
* Monitor and manage budgets for facilities and front-of-house services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
* Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer and employee experience at the head office.

* Proven experience in facilities management at a corporate or head office level, with a strong emphasis on front-of-house services.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading front-of-house teams in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
* A customer-centric mindset with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, building compliance, and security protocols.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities while maintaining high service standards.
* Experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
* Strong organizational and budgeting skills, with a focus on delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality.
