We are working on an exciting new role with a Main Car Dealership in the Eastbourne area of East Sussex.
My client are actively looking for a Trainee Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and busy team.
No Automotive experience necessary – this is a great role for someone who wants to start in the motor trade – full training will be given, however strong organisational skills, a friendly manner and a strong customer service background are essential.
Job Role – Motor Vehicle Customer Service Advisor
Salary – Minimum Wage
Trainee Customer Service Advisor Duties include:
1. Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
2. Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
3. Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
4. Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
5. Produce job cards on in-house computer system
6. Update customer and vehicle records
7. Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
8. Preparation and completion of invoices
For this Trainee Customer Service Advisor position you will have:
9. Previous experience within Customer Service is essential
10. Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade
11. Full driving licence
12. Excellent communication skills
13. Excellent Customer Service skills
As a Trainee Customer Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
In particular my client is looking for some one with strong customer service skills who has excellent customer rapport and can deliver great CSI results, along with being confident with up-sell opportunities.
