Job Responsibilities
Client servicing
- Prepare annual review meetings
- Initiate reviews using CRM reminder and CRM system
- Send LOAs for signing & request information
- Arrange meeting with the client and prepare meeting file
- Review report
- Prepare recommendations for paraplanner and implement recommendations
- Platform & CRM maintenance
New clients
- Initial onboarding
- Arrange meetings with new prospects
- Follow-up summary
- Issue and send LOAs – with tracking
- Client updates on progress
- Prepare recommendations for paraplanner and implement recommendations
- Platform & CRM maintenance
- Welcome pack/app registration
Communications
- Send quarterly updates and send ad-hoc updates
Mortgages.
- Send mortgage reviews (beginning of each month)
- Track reviews – book in calls with adviser
New business
- Onboarding
- Update fact find
- Assist with sourcing (if requested, and not essential – training/development area)
- Request payment details for fees
- Upload new business to CRM
- Generate invoices and track payment
- Assist with submissions (if requested, and not essential – training/development area)
- Prepare suitability report for completion by adviser (training/development area)
- Introductory email to solicitor and estate agent
- Arrange protection meeting/call
- Gather regular updates from lenders
- Update clients on the progress of the application
- Monitor and process rate changes – review pipeline, communicate with clients, process rate changes, update CRM
- Contact solicitors for updates (remortgages)
- Update CRM on completion
