We're looking for a motivated and efficient Attendance Administrator to join our vibrant team at Castle Hill Infant and Junior School, where you'll directly impact student success, be the vital link in supporting attendance and contributing to a supportive and rewarding environment. the role involves maintaining accurate student attendance records and in turn supporting children to attend school and achieve you will work under the guidance of the office manager and Senior Leader Team, and will be responsible for monitoring and recording attendance, liaising with families, teachers, the pastoral team and external agencies to promote good attendance and punctuality you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach you will perform duties aligned with your role and actively contribute to the efficient operation of the office, including problem-solving when unexpected situations arise while experience is not a requirement, due to the provision of comprehensive training, a strong desire to learn is essential. Experience working in an educational setting is considered preferable.
