SALES ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME) MACCLESFIELD £20, 000PA FOR 30 HOURS PER WEEK MON TO FRI (6hrs per day to suit - office based only) Our client is seeking a customer focused individual to join their team as a Part time Sales Administrator. You will need have experience in customer communications along with a good working of knowledge of MS Word, Excel and a willingness to learn bespoke systems. This role is based in the Aftermarket Dept and involves communicating with business customers assisting them with sales enquiries, providing quotes and following up via telephone and email. Sales Administrator Duties - Responding to UK / EU based customers- Providing customer quotations for replacement parts and upgrades- Completing documentation for sales and shipping- Working of a team to achieve Dept targets- Building rapport with customers establishing long term loyal relationships- Determine warranty and non-warranty conditions- Maintain customer records- Prepare invoices For this Sales Administrator role candidates must have previous customer service experience and a confident telephone manner. Candidates must live within a sensible commuting distance of Macclesfield and be eligible to work in the UK.
