Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with and providing administration support for solicitors and case handlers
* Responding to enquiries (email, telephone, and letters)
* Providing continued communication throughout the process
* Working with the online case management system, keeping records up to date
* Preparing legal documentation
* Dealing with client enquiries both face to face and via telephone
* Dealing with emails to and from clients and other third parties
* Conducting legal research
* Attending training sessions and internal events
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working with a case management system
