Job Title: Advanced Scaffolder

Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures
* Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Working closely with the construction team to provide necessary support
* Following blueprints and specifications to meet project requirements
Required Qualifications:
* Valid CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good physical fitness and stamina
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Education:
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
* Additional scaffolding training and certifications preferred
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Advanced Scaffolder
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of scaffolding techniques and safety procedures
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong work ethic and reliability
