Lead daily shift meetings to establish priorities and maintain clear, consistent communication across all relevant departments. Generate and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Monitor product quality and operational efficiency across all machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Drive material efficiency by coordinating with shift leaders and quality teams to minimise waste, manage scrap, and optimise use of barriers and adhesives. Coordinate and/or conduct training sessions to ensure all team members understand their roles in maintaining safety, quality, and equipment operation. Collaborate with quality and technical teams to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of tool and colour changes. Investigate customer complaints thoroughly, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Ensure the impound area is maintained and managed according to company protocols. Manage staffing levels, attendance, and absences to maintain efficient production flow. The successful candidate will require; Good written and oral communication skills across departments and with customers. Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills. Experience in quality management systems within a processing/ manufacturing production environment. ISO 9001 and BRC experience. Proactive with a pragmatic approach to work and problem solving. Project/time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
