Highly regarded main contractor is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. This company works across refurbishment and fitout projects across the North of England.
Duties:
1. Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents.
2. Control the sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.
3. Liaising with the Design Managers and various internal departments.
4. Supporting sub-contractors with inductions, timesheets, health and safety, among other things.
5. Other administration duties to support the project team.
Experience Required:
1. Ideally looking for someone who has worked in the construction/civil engineering sector.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as a Document Controller required.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Software: Procore or Viewpoint experience desirable.
