Our client, a leading and award-winning chartered accountancy, is looking for an experienced Clients Payroll Specialist to join their team:
Responsibilities will include:
1. Incorporating payroll changes that have been notified by agreed cut-off dates
2. Preparing client UK payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
3. Providing security payslips for each employee
4. Responding to client queries
5. Monthly pension administration
6. Handling client queries
7. Communicating with HMRC while maintaining high service standards
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' experience processing clients' payroll within a bureau of accountancy environment is essential.
