An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced team. This role involves processing orders, managing dispatch, and coordinating with customers, stock planners, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Process orders via email, telephone, and B2B portal. Plan and allocate stock based on availability. Liaise with customers, stock planners, and warehouse teams daily. Ensure timely collections and shipments. Book UK shipments via the DPD portal. Handle special requests such as loan and exhibition orders. Support the Accounts team when required.Skills & Experience: Graduate-level education. Experience with SAP or courier booking portals (advantageous). Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships.
