With offices based in West Sussex, this reputable regional firm is looking to strengthen its personal injury team. The firm is looking for an enthusiastic, quality-driven Serious Injury Fee Earner to join its team and really hit the ground running with experience, and competency.
The firm deal with a broad array of clientele, varying from medium-high network clients to referral works from existing clients. The firm is incredibly proud of its focus, and delivery of bespoke services to its clients. Consequently, a significant amount of their work originates from referral caseloads.

The Role:
1. Take charge of your caseload, predominantly comprising RTA, EL, and PL claims at various stages
2. Expertly manage multi-track PI claims through to trial, handling intricate cases such as serious personal injuries, brain injuries, major trauma, and potential amputee cases
3. Navigate through fatal cases with dependency claims, showcasing your expertise in the realm of serious injuries
4. Proactively and effectively manage high-value multi-track cases, ensuring thorough understanding of funding mechanisms, including CFA/ATE, and rehabilitation processes
5. Apply a working knowledge of the rehabilitation code and the serious injury guide
Requirements:
6. You will be a Personal Injury Lawyer (either Solicitor or Legal Executive) with at least 4 years fee earning experience
7. Proven track record of successfully conducting high-value multi-track personal injury cases.
8. Familiarity with funding, CFA/ATE, and rehabilitation.
9. Working knowledge of the rehabilitation code and the serious injury guide.
10. Compassionate and empathetic approach to clients, especially those dealing with serious injuries.
11. Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a driven attitude.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
