Polish speaking Marketing Executive
Location: Guildford
Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum plus annual bonus and benefits

The company:
A well-established British manufacturer and supplier with both domestic and international operations.
Main duties:
1. To actively drive and enhance digital marketing initiatives across various channels, participating in the planning, execution, and assessment of digital campaigns.
2. Reach ecommerce sales objectives and increase brand awareness for both B2B and B2C.
3. Create and implement a marketing plan for the company's website, including updating web content, adding new products, running sales promotions, and campaigns.
4. Project manage suggestions and improvements for the website.
5. Increase traffic and conversion through PPC, SEO, and affiliates.
6. Create and manage email and newsletter campaigns.
7. Identify new selling channels and oversee their implementation.
8. Communicate and manage negotiations with business partners and external suppliers.
9. Produce reports and analyse the performance of all digital activities.
10. Build and develop the social media strategy across various channels.
The candidate:
1. Fluent in Polish (both written and spoken).
2. Experience in digital marketing and managing CMS, digital marketing campaigns, and multi-channels is required.
3. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads is beneficial.
4. Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud.
5. Passion for customer acquisition and digital marketing.
6. A good team player who is flexible and proactive.
7. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required.
8. Comfortable working with and understanding data.
9. Excellent attention to detail is essential.
