ROLE: Crime Solicitor LOCATION: Liverpool SALARY: Up to £55k DOE Our Client Due to a period of rapid expansion, an exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor in a specialist motoring law firm in the heart of Liverpool. Joining the practice’s highly regarded motoring law team, the successful candidate will work closely with the senior members of the department and run a busy case load of all motoring matters from instruction to conclusion. Responsibilities Working on all types of motoring offences from speeding to drug or drink driving to dangerous driving. File management Preparing client letters Drafting statements Preparing brief’s for counsel Liaising with clients in person and over the telephone Instructing experts Briefs to counsel Local advocacy The Candidate Applications are especially welcomed from Solicitors with criminal law experience. This is desirable but not essential.
