The successful Regional Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the safe management and efficient running of the maintenance teams in the Humber Region.
Ensuring that all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks are suitably planned, actioned, and/or mitigated, while ensuring that maintenance is planned and executed in line with company expectations, policies, procedures, and guidance.
Implement and/or maintain maintenance KPI's and metrics that deliver the required information to the different levels of the Company.
Work with peers to jointly supply risk-assessed, planned, and phased CAPEX funding requests to the Engineering and Project Teams.
To be successful in this role of Regional Maintenance Manager, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
1. Experience in a Regional Maintenance Managerial role with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on a top-tier COMAH site.
2. Demonstrated extensive experience in the management of safe systems of work practices, including permit control, risk assessments, and method statements.
3. Experience managing teams both on-site and with remote workers.
