In this role, you will ensure the clients realise the full potential of the platform, building long-term relationships and driving client satisfaction and retention. Job Responsibilities • Support Client Success: Ensure smooth onboarding and help clients fully utilize the platform to meet their goals. • Build Relationships That Last: Be the go-to contact for clients, offering regular check-ins and tailored support. • Be the Client’s Advocate: Collect feedback and work with internal teams to improve the customer experience. • Drive Retention and Growth: Address challenges proactively, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities. • Focus on the Education Sector: Provide expertise on sector-specific challenges, including budgets and regulatory needs. Candidate Requirements • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles. • Knowledge of the education sector and its challenges. • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk. • A problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.
