What the Job Involves This position involves providing effective and timely recruitment and selection support, ensuring high standards of customer service as part of the Employee Services Team. Responsibilities include supporting the recruitment process from job advertisement to appointment, being the point of contact for Recruiting Managers, and using technology effectively to support recruitment activities. You will ensure safe recruitment principles are adhered to by checking applications and conducting necessary pre-employment checks. Additionally, you will assist with process reviews, develop guidance for managers, provide training sessions, and undertake job evaluations to offer advice to managers. Although this role is within the Recruitment Team, you will also support all Employee Services work as needed.
