We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Officer to join our team.
This is a 1 year, externally funded post. Funded from Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Rough Sleeper Prevention and Recovery Grant (RSPRG) funding and from April 25-26.
This crucial role will support the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to homelessness and rough sleeping across the Pathways Norwich consortium.
Job Description
The successful candidate will collect and ensure the accuracy of data from our consortium partners and Norwich City Council, providing timely and relevant information.
You will work closely with both internal teams at Norwich City Council and external partners, fostering strong relationships to ensure effective data collection and collaboration.
Responsibilities
A key part of the role is interpreting and analysing complex data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. You will be responsible for presenting clear and actionable insights to the Pathways Norwich board, supporting decision-making processes.
