Customer Support Officer - Collections

Outsource UK is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer to work for a leading UK bank as part of their Collections team on a permanent basis.
The role is responsible for efficiently and effectively recovering any money due on consumer portfolios within the current regulatory frameworks. This will involve dealing with both verbal and written communication with customers and authorised third parties.
Skills required
1. A customer service background
2. Previous collections or debt advisory skills
3. Ability to deal emphatically with a range of customers and situations
4. Excellent listening skills
Working hours: 36.5 hour working week. You will be required to work one late shift in the week up to 7pm. Additionally, 2 Saturday shifts (9-1) in an 8 week period. You will agree your hours upfront so it will be the same every week.
