Job Description
* Taking initial instructions, providing legal advice, and progressing claims in a timely manner
* Managing employment disputes from assessment to final hearing
* Delivering professional service by offering timely advice and managing expectations
The Successful Applicant
* UK/IRE Qualified NQ to 2 years PQE
* Experience in managing employment claims
* Good understanding of employment law and Tribunal procedure
* Experience with Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims desirable
