We are supporting various customers worldwide. We are recruiting for a Tolerance Analysis Specialist for our customer. Your responsibilities: Tolerance calculation for components and assemblies, definition of geometric specifications Checking drawings for completeness and meaningfulness Coordination with specialist departments, presentation of results Support from concept to series production (interfaces, assembly concepts, reference systems & tolerances) Interpretation, documentation and evaluation of statistical tolerance calculations and sensitivity analyses Collaboration on concept improvements, measures to increase product quality What you bring along: Relevant engineering degree or relevant experience Knowledge of tolerance management, simulation, reference systems (GD&T / RPS), measurement technology, quality assurance Ideally experience in vehicle development and in dealing with reference point systems Experience with CAD and 3DCS tolerance software (e.g. CATIA V5, Siemens Teamcenter) Strong communication and assertiveness, analytical and conceptual skills Position is confirmed inside IR35. Successful candidates need to be eligible to work in the UK and hold a UK driver’s license. This role requires full time attendance on site.
