My client, a leading housing association in the Nottingham region is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to support their front of house team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will be greeting visitors on site, answering calls /telecom and advice callers / visitors as needed. General admin duties which include but not limited to post, filing, collating documents, and answering emails. This role could also include some manual handling of deliveries, loading and loading dishwashers and getting meeting rooms set up.
Location: NG11
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 9am - 5pm (35 hours a week)
Pay Rate: £14.52 p/h
Duration: ASAP start - December 2024 (but may be extended)
Requirements: Previous administration experiences to match the job role
