We're seeking anEducation Programme Coordinatorto provide a broad range of business and administrative support to the medical and dental workforce within the Workforce Training and Education (WT&E) team working in the Wessex Local Office, based in Southampton and covering Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight and Salisbury in the South East Region. The post-holder will be a key member of the team whose overarching goal will be to support the delivery of a key workforce programme. The role will primarily support the medical and dental training programmes at an exciting time to be involved in the changes that are happening in medical education nationally. The successful candidate willwork with the Education Programme Manager and colleagues in the team to support the operational delivery of medical and dental education programmes including national recruitment, programme management, and to implement successful delivery of assessments, Annual Review of Competency Progression (ARCP), rotations (training placements) Out of Programme (OOP), Inter Deanery Transfers (IDT) Less than Full Time Training (LTFT) throughout a learner's journey.
