We are currently seeking an Assembler (no experience required) to join our team in our the Redditch manufacturing site. The main purpose of this role is to carry out assembly, test and inspection in accordance with Company procedures and requirements. This exciting role involves working in a clean, air conditioned environment manufacturing miniature cooling devices for the Defence and Space market.

Key requirements
To perform all tasks in accordance with safe methods of work and complying with all appropriate Health and Safety procedures.
To assemble, test and/or inspect components, or products in accordance with drawings or other specification requirements.
To accurately complete all relevant documentation in a timely manner.
To work effectively as an individual or as a team member to achieve the required quality, delivery and cost performance necessary to enable the business to satisfy customer orders.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Ability to handle small parts.
The ability to undertake tasks using magnifying equipment as necessary.
To demonstrate relevant numeracy and literacy ability.
To be able to communicate effectively.
Previous experience of this type of work may not be necessary as full training in specific tasks will be provided to an appropriate level.
