We are recruiting a skilled and detail-oriented Report Writer to join our fantastic client's team near Lincoln on a permanent Full-time basis.

Our client can offer a varied package of benefits along with a competitive salary of GBP35,000.00 - GBP40,000.00 depending on experience. In addition they offer role specific non-contractual bonuses.
Working hours for this position will be 8:30am - 5:00pm. 40 hours per week.
Day to day your duties will be to:
1. Develop and maintain a suite of business reporting tools, including published reports and dashboards, to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights that support effective decision-making and help the organisation achieve its goals.
2. Convert existing report formats to Microsoft Power BI.
3. Develop Power BI Reports/Dashboards that will be required for the ongoing rollout of the Customer Relationship Management System and related projects.
4. Work closely with key stakeholders to offer advice and support on BI solutions, including helping with live reports and dashboards.
5. Liaise with service users at all levels to gather information about their needs for new Microsoft Power BI solutions.
6. Stay updated on the latest IT and BI trends and technologies by using available resources.
7. Follow Information Security Standards and HR Policies, and comply with the Data Protection Act, Freedom of Information Act, and any other relevant laws affecting service delivery.
8. Keep data secure, accessible, and ensure compliance with GDPR principles at all times.
9. Follow the procedures and controls for configuration management, change management, and release management.
The company is looking for:
1. A Degree in IT or Business Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience, with IT Service Management qualifications and Microsoft Power BI training.
2. Certification in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, with hands-on experience in designing and developing BI dashboards and reports.
3. Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, ERP platforms, CI tools, and Product Data Management software.
4. Proven ability to manage BI projects independently, overseeing all stages of the development life cycle, and delivering solutions at corporate and departmental levels.
5. Experience in analysing business requirements for BI, with a background in customer-facing roles providing support and solutions.
6. A deep understanding of data security legislation, including GDPR, and proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and IT best practices (change management, release management).
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and collaborate across teams to drive Continuous Improvement.
8. Adaptability and flexibility, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Due to the location, you will require your own transport - it is not possible to reach the site using public transport.
