The Centre for Gender Studies, Veritas University Abuja is a multi-disciplinary academic and research unit in the office of the Vice-Chancellor, Veritas University, Abuja established to carry out the gender development objectives of Veritas University Abuja. The Centre's mandate is to provide research and capacity building services to undergraduates on gender sensitive themes affecting the society and the nation.
We are looking for a Partnership Development Facilitator who will help the Centre access alternative funding to support its evolution into a thought leader in gender equity development in the global south.
What we are looking for
* An undergrad, masters or PHD student in the UK who is a founder of an NGO with an education/human capital development objective.
* A partnership mindset and a strong interest in supporting gender equity and partnership development in Africa.
* A potent social capital and network that includes influencers, individuals, local and community groups that can fund a gender equity project.
