Pk B7 Role Description Works with the Head of DWS Vendor Management (VM) to support with day to day planning and coordination across the global team and assists in setting the strategic objectives of the function Supports with preparation for key meetings with stakeholders, partners and vendors. Manage global process optimization, cost savings and vendor transition projects, working directly with business stakeholders and Group Procurement partners Works closely with Group Procurement to ensure policies, processes and tools are clearly articulated and consistent where appropriate. Developing and documenting DWS specific processes and policies where appropriate. Analyses spend, savings and contract data. Develops reporting, presentation material and other documentation. Maintains vendor segmentation and DWS preferred vendor list Reviews and develops insights from the reports received from Group Procurement and other partner functions – including Procurement Insights Portal, TPM VRM status report, etc., as well as from report developed within the VM team. Acts as a gatekeeper to new vendor requests by assessing vendor suitability and existing vendor base Monitors business lines’ adherence to their vendor governance responsibilities and supports mitigation efforts On-boards/off-boards vendor resources on the secure virtual desktop platform. Creates and maintains secure virtual desktop projects. Profiles and re-certifies URLs and applications on the secure virtual desktop platform. IGSA Contract lifecycle management, governance & oversight of IGSAs, real time reporting. Reviewing and strategizing IGSA framework and implementing the right templates. Working closely with DWS legal to manage IGSA Templates, timely updating intranet page for IGOM. Representing IGSAs on key forums like global Steercos and councils, with data and pictorial presentation. Reviewing IGSAs and redlining the IGSAs. Author and update KODs, KOPs and Policy Book for IGOM process. Managing IGSA workflow and TPRM status within the team. Team management - guiding and managing the team on both their professional and personal goals. Driving automation and leverage existing technology landscape within the process to reduce the end-to-end cycle time and drive user satisfaction. Working closely with control functions like DCO, DPO, TP and Tax to streamline the process or individual IGSAs. Reporting and Analytics : Preparing and leading calls on data for key reports like ESG, APAC Spend report and forecasting report (Head of APAC: Vannesa Wang) Driving regional APAC Procurement Projects like SCRUM, working closely with key stake holders.
