Location
This role will be based out of our London office working on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week in the office and attendance at key events).

Position Overview
As a Sales Support & Lead Generation Executive at Senovis, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients, specifically Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) within our ideal client profile (ICP).
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct targeted research to identify new CHRO prospects within our ICP.
2. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and HubSpot to track job changes and new opportunities.
3. Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
4. Monitor and analyze prospect engagement, adjusting strategies to improve conversion rates.
5. Schedule introductory and follow-up meetings between CHROs and Senovis team.
6. Ensure meetings are well-prepared by providing relevant research, insights, and supporting materials.
7. Take ownership of post-meeting actions, ensuring timely follow-ups and next steps.
8. Develop relationships with CHROs’ Executive Assistants (EAs) or Personal Assistants (PAs) to facilitate warm introductions.
9. Maintain detailed records of interactions with CHROs and their assistants in the CRM.
10. Inviting selected CHROs to our roundtables and gathering events.
11. Organize pre-event briefings and ensure seamless event participation for prospects.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot.
13. Support the execution of outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
Professional Experience, Skills and Knowledge
Qualifications
Ideally a qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
2-5 years in sales support, business development, lead generation, or sales operations, ideally within B2B sales, HR technology, professional services, or consulting.
Skills
- Effective communication skills including telephone skills, demonstrating clarity, active listening, and professionalism.
- Problem-solving, proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Highly organized, capable of managing tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring nothing is overlooked.
