Location: Manchester Area (Must be living in the UK)
Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN Qualified)
12 Hour Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability. You can choose your shifts patterns!
Hourly rate up to £19.85
24 hours - £24,772
37.5 hours - £38,716
44 hours - £45,416

Company and Care Home Information: High dependency rehabilitation service, which provides 35 beds in a safe and supportive complex care facility, for male and female patients with enduring mental health problems. Also providing specialist Huntington's disease and dementia care for those living with these neurodegenerative conditions.
Paid handovers.
The cost of your DBS / PVG Check will be paid for by the company.

A fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services to adults and younger people.
Responsibilities:
1. To carry out in a responsible and efficient way, the nursing care for patients which has been drawn up in conjunction with the co-ordinator of the shift.
2. To demonstrate the ability to develop a greater awareness and understanding of the needs of patients.
3. To develop an understanding of managing a shift with the guidance of the Ward/Departmental Sister/Charge Nurse.
4. Working closely with the ward Manager to support staff wellbeing and staff development.
5. To complete the first level assessment of the patient's needs and document these on the care plan, planning, delivering and evaluating programmes of care from admission through to discharge/transfer.
6. To gain an understanding of the physiological, psycho-social, spiritual and cultural needs of the patients and their families.
7. Using the information obtained from nursing history assessments and from subsequent observations, to identify the patient's individual nursing problems and needs, and to plan and implement care.
