We are recruiting for a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors used in domestic and commercial projects across the West Midlands. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Remedials Coordinator to join their team.
Role Overview
As a Remedials Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all remedial works related to window and door installations. You will liaise with customers, site teams, service engineers and suppliers to ensure that any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Your role will be key in maintaining their excellent reputation for quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule remedial works for domestic and commercial projects.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding remedial issues, providing updates and solutions.
* Liaise with installation teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to organize corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records of all remedial works, including job details, costs, and resolutions.
* Ensure all remedial works are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality assurance.
* Work closely with the customer service and installation teams to identify recurring issues and implement improvements.
* Order necessary replacement parts and materials as required.
* Ensure all work complies with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role within the construction, glazing, or fenestration industry.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Knowledge of windows, doors, and installation processes.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
