Own the Tender Process Take full ownership of the process, ensuring commercial, contractual, and technical elements meet the highest standards
Finalize Winning Contracts Ensure all agreed positions are captured accurately in the final contract drafts, making your mark on key deals
A degree (BSc or MSc) in a commercial, contractual, or relevant field
5+ years of experience managing large-scale tenders or projects, ideally in offshore renewables or a similar environment
A strong focus on commercial and contractual management with expertise in assessing and mitigating risks
Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire and guide teams in line with our values
Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with an appreciation for cultural diversity to connect with global teams effectively
