About Flutter Flutter is the world’s leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a market leading position in the US and across the world. Our ambition is to use our significant scale and our challenger mentality to change our industry for the better. By Changing the Game, we believe we can deliver long-term growth while promoting a positive, sustainable future for all our stakeholders. We are well-placed to do so through the distinctive, global advantages of the Flutter Edge, which gives our brands access to group-wide benefits to stay ahead of the competition, as well as our clear vision for sustainability through our Positive Impact Plan. Flutter operates a diverse portfolio of leading online sports betting and iGaming brands including FanDuel, Sky Betting & Gaming, Sportsbet, PokerStars, Paddy Power, Sisal, tombola, Betfair, MaxBet, Junglee Games and Adjarabet. On May 31 2024 Flutter moved its primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange. With a greater proportion of our future profits expected to be generated in the US, and given FanDuel’s 1 position in that market, we believe a US primary listing is the natural home for the Group. About Division/Function Flutter consists of two commercial divisions, FanDuel & International, and our central Flutter functions; COO, CLO & Finance. We’ve got some hugely exciting and daring growth plans. Key to the success of those plans and what differentiates us is our Flutter Edge, which our brands, divisions and functions all chip in to and have access to. It’s our secret sauce which plays a key part in our ongoing success. The Flutter Edge really powers the brands and divisions, supporting and allowing them to move faster in their local markets. And with recent acquisitions we’re seeing more and more local leaders of bigger and bigger entities. As we grow, the Flutter Edge will enable us to collaborate more closely where it makes sense to. With our newly formed International division covering all markets outside of North America there’s even more need to avoid duplication or confusion. So, for many parts of what we do in the Flutter Functions, we’ll stay close to the Divisions and only do things once where it makes sense. The future is exciting for Flutter, with more and more opportunities on the way. Which means it’s meaningful we’re set up and organised in the right way.
