Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Ballymena to recruit a new full-time and permanent Customs Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Working with the Transport department to process Customs Documents in a timely manner including RoI.
2. Handling Imports and Exports, CDS Imports and Exports, and TSS entries.
3. Accurate data entry onto bespoke Customs systems.
4. Handling incoming customer queries in a confident manner.
5. Maintaining and updating an accurate Customer database/files.
6. General Administrative Tasks.
7. Experience of using and fully proficient with software packages such as MS Excel & Word.
8. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary for this will be dependent on experience - circa £25-26K.
