The Role: Graduate Issuer Solutions Customer Success – September 2025 start
The Location: London, United Kingdom
The Team: The Graduate will be part of the Issuer Solutions EMEA Customer Success team. Customer Success is a critical function within the organization as we are responsible for managing all non-commercial aspects of client relationships. Issuer Solutions comprises a unique set of workflow and data solutions to meet the needs of Investor Relation Corporate and Consultant clients. We work closely with the Client Advisors in providing high-level customer service to our clients. In addition, we collaborate closely with Client Success teams in other regions and with other departments including sales, product development and technical support.

* You will become a subject matter expert in the investor relations industry while gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of capital markets and institutional investor landscape.
* You will interact with senior members of management at public companies of all sizes and industries daily via email and phone.
* You will closely collaborate with business leaders and key internal stakeholders providing exposure to product management and development, sales and marketing, and a variety of other areas of the Issuer Solutions business.
Responsibilities:
* Providing outstanding first-level phone and email support for corporate clients.
* Maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting S&P Global’s software solutions, from tasks such as login assistance to higher severity projects and client queries.
* Providing clients, both internal and external, with timely assistance whenever a question or issue is raised.
* Troubleshooting virtually and assisting Client Advisors with internal, issue ticketing system and escalations.
* Ownership of inbound client queries and additional responsibility for “how to” training and conducting basic product demonstrations.
* Liaising with product teams regarding bugs and forthcoming enhancements, and soliciting feedback from clients to ensure seamless support and ongoing innovation.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver marketing pieces and updating knowledge base tools.
* Utilize company CRM to track all client interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field completed by September 2025.
* Experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles.
* Capital markets/financial industry knowledge and interest.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and the motivation to learn new applications (experience with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Jira, or Pendo is a plus).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
* The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately.
