The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
* Confirming patient appointments using our Semble database and medical record system
* Greeting patients and visitors
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
* Managing patient records
* Front desk duties including checking ID, taking payments, answering queries and responding to doctor requests
* Maintaining confidentiality and exercising the highest level of discretion
* Responding to enquiries and concerns
* Assisting with all administrative tasks related to the reception function
* Ensuring compliance with our processes and procedures
* Stock checking and stock control
* Audit and checking of our equipment, medications, systems and work environment

Monday 10:00 - 18:00
Tuesday 11:30 - 19:30

Friday 07:45 - 15:45
Saturday (One Saturday morning in three) 07:45 - 12:45
Plus Practice meeting 3rd Thursday of each month 18:00 - 19:00
Salary
Salary according to experience from £13.00 per hour (40 hour week) plus Saturday morning work at x1.5 per hour
20 minute break per day
DBS Enhanced check required
6 month probation period
