Administration Assistant
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join the team at our independent, family-owned golf, health & hotel resort. With huge investment over recent years, we’re lucky enough to have a thriving hotel, with a great atmosphere for our team and our guests to enjoy.
Working closely with the Finance Manager to assist with the administrative, payroll, accountancy, and control functions at Tewkesbury Park.
Here's where you and your experience come in…
* Personnel/office administration experience.
* Attention to detail with clear organisation.
* Knowledge of Excel.
* Knowledge of Hotel PMS, Rota Systems & Xero advantageous but not essential.
* Payroll experience required.
* Personnel file administration.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data security protocols.

Hours: 20 - 25 hrs per week between Mondays and Fridays.
Salary: £12.00 - £12.75 per hour dependent on experience.
