This is an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to join Your Housing Group, within the ICT Security and Governance team. It’s an exciting time to get involved with our ICT Team and the Enterprise Architect will be integral to the design and delivery of YHGs wide-ranging Technology programmes, including our Cloud Migration, Systems Consolidation, System Integration Improvements and move to SDWan. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about leading and influencing the delivery of cost-efficient, rationalised, and simplified technology services and solutions. Someone who is capable of taking a strategic view across all architectural domains, portfolios and programmes. What will my working week look like? Primarily based around standard office hours, with some two-way flexibility regarding appointments and projects. You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses when needed. Realistically, you will be required to visit our Head Office approximately twice a month. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will support the design, development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps from a technology, digital and data perspective, aligned to Corporate Business Objectives, including “as is”, “to be” and transitional states. One of the great things about this role is that you will have the opportunity to influence and implement real change around YHGs Enterprise Architecture, as you will be recognised within the business as the SME around Enterprise Architecture. You will manage the ICT Technical Design Authority process, facilitating TDA Working and Steering Groups, ensuring adherence and consistency with agreed Architectural, Security, Data and Digital design principals, applying the appropriate governance and oversight for instances of non-compliance with agreed principals.
