Working for an amazing charity based in Plymouth.
This role is expected to last 2 months but could be extended.
35 hours per week Monday - Friday.

Your new role
Handle all enquiries by telephone, letter, and email. Ensure that all enquiries, including feedback andplaints are handled within agreed standards.
Process fundraising ie (including cheques, direct debits, and gift aid) accurately onto our fundraising database within agreed timescales.
Create or amend supporter records on the database in an accurate manner and within agreed standards.
Work closely with colleagues in the Supporter Experience department to ensure all work enhances the supporter journey.
Ensure all filing and paperwork storage is maintained to the highest standards for audit purposes andplies with the Records Retention and Disposal Schedule.
To act as an innovation hub and assist other parts of the Fundraising and Marketing directorate with their administration and fulfilment of campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Someone with a great personality who can be a key person in our friendly team.
2. A strong sense ofpassion and empathy, as you will deal with sensitive situations from our supporters, staff and volunteers on a regular basis
3. Verbal and writtenmunication skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, our supporters and volunteers.
4. Have a strong background in customer service, delivering and creating a first class experience for our supporters and teams.
5. Experience of using a contact management database would be beneficial, in addition to excellent ICT skills.
6. Attention to detail and a determination to produce and maintain a high standard of work. Data quality is key to the role.
7. Ability to manage a varied and challenging workload and have experience of working to deadlines.
