International Business Development Manager
The purpose of this job is to generate the maximum volume of profitable international sales through the achievement of sales targets, and by making new and existing customers aware of the company’s product range and presence in our International markets.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a new distribution network in designated regions, collaborating closely with the Head of International on budget and strategies.
2. Travel regularly to introduce the DWW brand and build relationships with distributors, consultants, and clients.
3. Generate international specifications for DW Windsor products with UK consultants and lighting designers to enhance brand visibility.
4. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers, while monitoring accounts to maximize sales potentials.
5. Provide after-sales support, maintaining communication with specifiers and customer support to address any issues promptly.
6. Regularly update the CRM database, maintaining an accurate opportunity pipeline and reporting on activity and market intelligence monthly.
7. Assist with translations and marketing activities as needed, and ensure compliance with company policies regarding expenses and vehicle use.
8. Visit the UK Head Office as required by the business to support the implementation of the international strategy.
Skills & Experience:
1. You will have experience of Lighting (preferred) or electrical products.
2. You will have specification sales experience.
3. You will be familiar with promoting product ranges to Architects, Lighting Designers, Consultants, Electrical Engineers and Local Authorities.
4. You will have experience of international sales and working on international projects.
5. You will have experience of working with international distributors and supporting their growth and sales plans.
6. You will be an effective communicator and assertive when necessary.
7. You will be able to multi-task, prioritise and manage your time effectively.
8. You will be able to work alone but also as part of the UK sales team.
9. You will be commercially astute.
10. You will have an attention to detail.
11. You will have experience of working on CRM systems.
12. A second European language would be a distinct advantage.
