Work Pattern:
Weekdays evenings, Weekend Days, Afternoons and Evenings. Working on 4 week rolling rota for part time hours. Competitive Salary:
£53,770 - £60,721 (Band 8.a0) 30% evening enhancements and 45% weekend enhancements. Generous Leave:

Provide
autonomous, advanced clinical care Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients effectively Conduct and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations Initiate specialist referrals where appropriate Maintain
high-quality clinical records
in line with best practice Stay up to date with
developments in clinical practice Work within professional
regulatory guidelines and scope of practice To be a successful Advanced Practitioner you'll need:
Professional Registration
- NMC, HCPC, or GPhC Independent Prescriber
- Registered as a non-medical prescriber Education
- Minimum of two Level 7 modules, including clinical assessment skills Experience
- Autonomous practice in multi-professional teams Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills. DHU Healthcare values
