Main Responsibilities:
* Convert qualified prospects into sales appointments, guiding them through the initial stages of their customer journey.
* Conduct video calls, phone calls, emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages to specify, inform, and advise customers on the best energy solutions.
* Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable products, ensuring customers make informed decisions for their homes.
* Assess properties and provide tailored energy-saving solutions, including a demonstration of the customer’s return on investment (ROI).
* Present detailed quotations and customer journey proposals.
* Achieve a minimum 20% acceptance rate on sales.
* Maintain CRM records and manage data entry effectively.
Skills & Attributes:
* Proven experience in direct sales, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
* Strong understanding of the sales process, including handling objections effectively.
* Ability to emotionally engage and excite customers throughout the sales journey.
