We are delighted to be working with one of Oxford's leading companies who are hiring for a Technical Support Administrator to join them in supporting the operational service area and provide back office support.
As a Technical Support Administrator, you will be working a 37-hour week on a temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
1. Managing correspondence via phone and email, dealing with queries and complaints
2. Looking into complaints in order to resolve them
3. Processing timesheets and annual leave requests
4. Producing monthly statistics, identifying trends and actions
5. Tracking and reporting progressions for tasks to the supervisors
The ideal candidate will be:
1. Proactive, problem-solver and organised
2. Great communicator
3. Experienced in compiling and analysing data
